Who is responsible for your information?
Yury Tovman, trading as OpenCode Studio, operates opencode.co.il and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. I am based in Israel. For privacy questions or requests, email ytovman@gmail.com or call +972 54 429 0755.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your first and last name, email address and an optional message. Your consent choice is included in the form notification. If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I receive the information you share through that service. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in a website enquiry.
Why I use this information
I use enquiry information to respond, discuss your website requirements, prepare a proposal and manage the resulting correspondence. Providing it is voluntary, not a legal requirement. Without the required contact details and consent, the form cannot be submitted and I cannot respond through it. You can instead call me. Consent to an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Website operation and analytics
The hosting and form services process technical information needed to deliver the website, protect it and limit spam. This can include IP addresses, browser information, access times and request details. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, page views and interactions using browser identifiers and technical information. Analytics is not loaded before that choice. Services that process information
The website is hosted by SherlockHost. WPForms processes form submissions on the website and sends enquiry notifications to my Gmail inbox, where Google processes the messages as the email provider. Google also provides analytics when you allow it. If you open a WhatsApp link, your use of WhatsApp is governed by that service's privacy terms. Hosting, email and other service providers may process data outside Israel. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address a security incident or legal claim.
How long information is kept
Enquiries and related correspondence are kept for handling the request and any resulting business relationship, and where needed for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence; this website does not automatically delete your email after a fixed period. You may contact me to ask about or request deletion of information relating to you. Some records may need to be retained where the law permits or requires it.
Your choices and rights
Under applicable Israeli privacy law, you may request access to personal information held about you and correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You may also ask to withdraw consent for future processing based on consent, or request deletion where applicable. Email ytovman@gmail.com with your request. I may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. You can change your analytics choice through Cookie settings.
Security and changes
Access to enquiry information is limited to handling the website and your request. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
